Hi More than 2 weeks ago i have enquired with your agency one property in grove green road, leytonstone,2 bed flat £1200pcm. I really liked the property so i went to view the property, agent was very rude and he wasn't wearing mask properly as well as he wasn't interested to showing that property .After viewing the property straightaway i have send email to the agent about offer form and called 100 times in theydons customer service number every time they will take my details and inform me that the agent is busy, will call be back. In this 2 weeks he didn't contact me. Really dissapointed with your company customer service, i can see the property was listed in october and still available.
