I live in 7A Fullers Avenue, today (31/12/2020) I accidently locked myself out without my keys. I called the emergency number that Theydons provided, the phone was answered by one of the manager Louise Nichols, she said give me 20 minutes to see who is the closest and they will bring a spare key to you. I called her back after 25 minutes and she advised me that someone will be with you in 45-1h max, after 1 hour and 20 mins I called her back to see the progress and she answered the phone with an angry tone “how can I help you?” she started shouting at me said ‘I advised you someone will be with you, its your fault that you looked yourself out’. It was extremely unprofessional from her. Its not the first time the management in this place has communicated in an unacceptable and rude way for example by shouting and yelling and talking without understanding or listening to the caller, to name and shame these people are: Ashlie Green, Theresa Bradley and before was a person called Taylor Purll who has now left to cause harm in another agency. This is totally unprofessional management and I seriously advise anyone to stay away from these people.
