We chose Theydons to sell our property as we could tell how well the knew the local market. They gave us excellent advice on what we could expect to sell at, saw the USPs rather than going on an algorithm, and marketed it proactively, resulting in two asking price offers on the first day of viewings. Although we didn't ultimately buy through them, we saw several properties with them, and also found them good from a buyer's perspective - good communication and no off-putting 'hard sell' like some others in the area.
