I am very happy with my interaction with the good people at Theydons Church Lane. Coming from the USA, this is my first renting experience in the UK and so far I really have no complaints. The thing that's most important to me is communication and they have been excellent at initiating and responding to emails and calls. I moved in two days ago and they flat was in much better condition than during the viewing: fresh paint, some new kitchen items and clean!
