This is the second time we've used Theydons for the sale of a house and cannot recommend them enough. James did a great job at getting viewings in a slightly depressed market and negotiated a good price for us and Alec was incredible at keeping us and the buyers on track so that we could complete within our timescale. We have now left the area and wonder if we'll ever find an agent as helpful, proactive and transparent as Theydons.
