We put our flat on the market during really uncertain times, with a plan to move out of London and buy a place 200 miles away. Covid made everything harder. Theydons were amazing. They calmed us down when we were stressed. They kept us feeling positive, reassuring us when things slowed down and we worried we’d lose the house we’d found. Thanks to their patience, hard work and perseverance we sold, bought and moved as we’d hoped. They put up with loads of pestering from us and they never complained or showed any irritation.
