We bought a house that was listed by Charter Whyman (and therefore we weren't their customer / client). We really didn't expect much engagement with, or help from the seller's estate agent given that they're engaged by the seller. But we were really pleasantly surprised at just how helpful they were to us, Danny and Andrew moved things along through the various stages and smoothed the way between all parties, communicating superbly. They were a pleasure to deal with and would be our first choice if we looked to buy or sell again.
