I’m renting my house via Charter Whyman for almost two years now. Initially they were not too responsive which might’ve been caused by the fact that agents were changing frequently so no one really took issues in hand. This all changed when Trupti joined. Since then all problems or requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Besides her efficiency Trupti has a very nice and kind personality and a very professional demeanour and she is very easy to get along with. I hope she’ll stay for long.
