The Letchworth Charter Whyman team and Magdalena Lora have been very professional throughout the process of selling my house. They were able to highlight the good points and potential of the property which was in need of much repair. The online viewing facility and photos meant in-person viewings were made by those who were aware of how much work would be needed on the property. I was kept informed of requests for online viewings and had good communication especially at the start of the marketing process when a price drop had to be made to generate more interest.
