I have just moved and Charter Whyman were excellent throughout from the initial viewing with Danny through to the great sales progressing from Magdalena. It was a bit of a protracted process due to the chain and I was kept informed throughout. Brilliant initial video which accompanied the viewing and which I viewed endlessly - a proper walk through the property with the agent and showing all aspects, so much better than the hopeless ones of other agents that just put the photos to music!
