I had the 'pleasure' of dealing with Whitegates as both a Tenant and a first time buyer. Just my luck that the agent selling the property was Whitegates. My hot water went in the property several times as a tenant and they were absolutely useless at trying to solve the problem. Very luckily for me the Landlord sold the property and the New Landlord resolved the issue straight away. When it came to buying my house they would cancel my viewings an hour before. This credit goes to Andrew Gaunt. And when I completed and called to arrange pick up for the rest of my keys after already being in the property a week.
