They were actually good which is a nice surprise, with a mature approach and seemingly no silly games. Well done for your perseverance and patience, we sold our house! Would suggest being slightly more influential during the negotiation process but I understand it is a sensitive process, but that's just a personal preference no reflection on the quality of service.
