I instructed them to manage

I instructed them to manage my property. They did nothing except blame the tenants for not responding to calls or emails. They actioned a gas cert late by six months. There were many issues and I won’t go into detail here but they were informed I was very unhappy about their service many times. They just ignored my feedback and did nothing to improve their service. My tenants reported things never actioned. They didn’t really manage my property at all. A senior person was rude more than once and she threatened legal action over money that was not owed by me after she charged me 360 to exit their services. That is unfair as they provided a rubbish service. They took five weeks to put the property on the market and I got an attitude and rudeness from the senior person when I queried why it was taking so long. I complained and the owner only responded after TPO intervened. He returned some money in settlement. Total rubbish estate agent. I do not recommend them at all and I have emails to prove all statements in this review and the email in which I was falsely accused of threatening my agents and threats to take me to court. Like I said, if they did not settle in some way, I was taking this awful company to court.
