Best agent i've come across: helped me to deal with real problems caused by my previous Leicester agent who had not done the paperwork properly and were treating my tenant appallingly - both me and the tenant simply didn't know where we stood. There's too many cowboys out there - switch to an agent that behaves professionally, I'd say. Thank you Northwood, especially Gosia

Hi Ryan - thanks for these comments. More than just helping solve your problem, I think what you raise is a vital point - there's so many agents that landlords are unwittingly entrusting their properties to who are just flouting the law and exploiting them (as well as tenants). Choose an agent that is in the SAFE AGENT scheme - that gives you confidence that the money is in a safe place Thanks, Andy McG
