Northwood have managed our property on the Guaranteed Rent Scheme for a number of years. They carried out regular inspections of the property and always relayed any tenant problems quickly and efficiently so we could arrange appropriate tradespeople. We decided to sell the property recently and Northwood managed the sale for us, organising viewings and negotiating the sale with our buyer. A couple of days prior to completion Northwood inspected the property and reported that it had been left extremely dirty by the departing tenants. This was backed up with photographic evidence. Northwood promptly arranged for contract cleaners to deep clean the property ready for the new owner on completion day. As I do not live close to the property I was confident to leave Gosia and her team to manage everything on my behalf and would have no hesitation in recommending Northwood.
