Having worked and dealt with Northwood for over 5 years we can honestly say that they have a standard of professionalism and expectations that are what you look forward to dealing with when going to work. We find the people in the office are always friendly but they expect, as is only fair, for us to deliver a high standard of work. They always listen to our concerns and this allows us to honestly provide a service that all new and old tenants hopefully find satisfactory and fair. Our maintenance team always finds satisfaction in finishing any works with Northwood as we always know it is appreciated and will ensure the next tenant receives a beautiful new property that is up to living standards. We look forward to continuing to work with Northwood for many more years!
