We have recently started working with Northwood as our letting agent and have been extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by the team. They have always provided prompt responses to messages/emails/phone calls and provided a much superior level of service as a letting agent to what I have experienced previously. An extra special mention to Abby and Gosia who have both been highly professional in all their communications and both assets to the company. Definitely would recommend their services to other landlords and tenants too.
