I have used three different estate agents to sell my house over a period of approximately two years. I had little success with the first two having very limited viewings and no offers. with Hampsons I started to get more viewings, but during this time had to move abroad so all communication ended up being by email, WhatsApp and messenger. The viewing increased and offers came in then finally success.
