I would highly recommend using Hampsons for a house sale. After a very poor experience with another agent we did far more research second time around, as a result we moved to Hampsons, and very glad we did! They delivered in every area - had great knowledge of how to market the property, sold within the expected timeframe, found us a genuine and reliable buyer, and made sure all the correct checks were done to secure the sale properly. We can definitely see why they have a much lower fall through rate than other estate agents in the area. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process, nothing was too much trouble, dealing with Teana & the team was always a pleasure. We were kept updated regularly, and they worked behind the scenes even throughout the conveyancing to keep things moving. Both ourselves and our buyer were new to the selling/buying process respectively, so it was great to have a team that took care of us and our needs at every step of the process.
