everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had, being a new buyer I had lots of them! Everyone was always very polite and patient. The thing that stood out to me the most was the customer service, the people who worked with me would answer any question or query pretty much any hour of the day. there would be multiple times I would email in the evening, expecting a reply in the morning and I would have a reply that night! couldn't fault them, would and do strongly recommend thanks guys!
