I rarely leave five-star reviews — and when I do, it’s because the service has genuinely impressed me. My experience with EweMove, and especially with Nia Nugent, was exactly that. I initially contacted them simply to request a desktop valuation because I’m currently renting a property and going through a private off-market purchase with my landlord. I just wanted some guidance on whether the agreed price was in line with the current market value. Although she wasn’t able to provide a precise desktop valuation, she still went completely above and beyond to help me. Most people could have easily just said, “Sorry, we can’t provide that,” and ended the conversation there. Instead, she took the time to explain things properly, shared genuinely useful information I wasn’t even aware of, and treated me with the same level of care and attention as if I were already one of their full clients. Honestly, I was surprised by the level of professionalism, patience, and willingness to help — especially considering I’m not even a customer (at least not yet!). That kind of attitude says a lot about a company. If this is how they treat someone who simply called for advice, I can only imagine how well they look after their actual clients. Exceptional service, genuinely helpful, and a credit to the company. Absolutely deserved five stars. Highly recommended.
