After a bad experience with an online estate agent, Newton Fallowell LFE really exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process they vetted all of the viewers, got rid of time wasters and their support and guidance throughout the whole process was exemplary. Being local really helped as it wasn’t the easiest sale, but they helped me through it every step of the way . We achieved a sale in less the two weeks and sold for above asking price. Even when the property was down valued , they managed to renegotiate me the best price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Newton Fallowell in Leicester Forest East efficiently marketed my property for me after I had received poor service and marketing from one of the countries leading Estate Agencies. The difference in service was night and day. They were quick, efficient and competent in marketing the property, which received multiple offers within 48 hours of the property being listed. Unfortunately the the sale of my property fell through several times due to complications with the buyer's mortgage offers. Each time the property was put back onto the market, multiple offers were received within 48 hours. The communication from Helen was excellent. Highly highly recommended.

I cannot rate this agent highly enough! We dealt mostly with Sadé, Stevie and Helen and all three have been fantastic from start to finish. We went to see a property advertised for sale online with Newton Fallowell without having ours on the market yet and fell in love! We decided we wanted to put an offer in but were not yet in a position to. We made it clear to Sadé that we did not want to miss out! In that SAME AFTERNOON the staff from Newton Fallowell arranged a telephone conversation with a mortgage advisor, sent a valuer to value our property, took photos and a floor plan and arranged for our property to go on the market the next working day (all on a Friday afternoon!!) By the end of the day, we had a mortgage in principle and had made an offer on our dream home. The member of staff who came to value the house was so lovely and knowledgeable of the area - we were so grateful that he put no pressure on to sell with Newton Fallowell (unlike Connells who we found pushy and rude) The photographer was extremely talented and, again, very friendly. We were so pleased with how the images turned out and we were consulted prior to the house going live online to correct/change anything we wished to. Newton Fallowell ensured that the sale of our house was extremely smooth with clear communication from all the staff surrounding bookings for viewings and regular updates on offers and progress. Altogether, I cannot fault my experience with the staff at Newton Fallowell LFE and would definitely encourage anyone local to sell/buy through this agent. I cannot recommend Stevie at Newton Fallowell LFE highly enough. She is simply amazing, on the ball and gets the job done. She made moving house so much less stressful!
