I cannot rate this agent highly enough! We dealt mostly with Sadé, Stevie and Helen and all three have been fantastic from start to finish. We went to see a property advertised for sale online with Newton Fallowell without having ours on the market yet and fell in love! We decided we wanted to put an offer in but were not yet in a position to. We made it clear to Sadé that we did not want to miss out! In that SAME AFTERNOON the staff from Newton Fallowell arranged a telephone conversation with a mortgage advisor, sent a valuer to value our property, took photos and a floor plan and arranged for our property to go on the market the next working day (all on a Friday afternoon!!) By the end of the day, we had a mortgage in principle and had made an offer on our dream home. The member of staff who came to value the house was so lovely and knowledgeable of the area - we were so grateful that he put no pressure on to sell with Newton Fallowell (unlike Connells who we found pushy and rude) The photographer was extremely talented and, again, very friendly. We were so pleased with how the images turned out and we were consulted prior to the house going live online to correct/change anything we wished to. Newton Fallowell ensured that the sale of our house was extremely smooth with clear communication from all the staff surrounding bookings for viewings and regular updates on offers and progress. Altogether, I cannot fault my experience with the staff at Newton Fallowell LFE and would definitely encourage anyone local to sell/buy through this agent.
