We have used a range of agents to sell our house, and we have had problems with all the corporate ones like over valuing, entrapment into a contract that is not the one we signed, we have been neglected and avoided to the point I was considering taking further action. One thing you should know is they don't get paid until they sell your house, (unlike corporate agents) so they have a good insensitive to work hard for you.
