Overall happy but one concern. Reported leak and lack of heating by Belvoir from new tenant. Belvoir asked to call out emergency cover to invest fault. Luckily the previous tenant had already visited the property and had explained to me that both faults were not faults. My concern is that Belvoir immediately went to calling out out emergency cover without any invest into whether the fault warranted this.
