My friends and I have been looking for a home for our final year of university and honestly, Joy Gray, could not have helped us more! From as soon as I put in an enquiry on a property she contacted me and helped us with all the extra details we needed. Within one day we found the perfect house, Joy had helped us through it all with consistent updates and contact as well as just being reassuring, helpful and just lovely! She has helped us throughout the week with sorting our viewing with Harry and talking us through the application process and making us feel at ease about it all.. Harry was very helpful and efficient when helping us find out student house. He answered all the questions we had in the property viewings and walked us through the contract and made it clear to us. Redbrick Properties has provided me with really good service. Harry went above and beyond to match me with the right property and a great landlord. After an initial viewing of a different property, I outlined a bit clearer what I was looking for and was matched on the day with a place that was an excellent find. This property on Cross Cliff Road is a rare find--period building (one of the oldest in this part of Leeds), easy access to local areas (via ginnels to Headingley via Meanwood Ridge or across Hyde Park to Uni & City Centre). Delightful private garden, great sized kitchen with pantry (which we use as a computer room!), 2 bedrooms. Friendly & quiet LS6 neighbourhood.
