I had the pleasure of meeting Adam for the first time today, and he was incredibly helpful and efficient. I’m so thankful that he took the initiative to fix a couple of things around my student house, even though they weren’t on his list. He was polite, kind, and very understanding, and even went the extra mile by taking photos of other issues to pass along to our estate company, which really put my mind at ease.
