Redbrick Properties were communicative, friendly, helpful, and co-operative throughout my tenancy with them. Our experience singing for the house in their office was excellent, they were welcoming and reassuring. During the tenancy, I was particularly impressed with the handling of issues and repairs through their online reporting system, they genuinely sorted any issues in a very timely manner after they were reported, and they never made us feel that the reports were unreasonable or an inconvenience. When it came to checking out of the property at the end of the tenancy, I was apprehensive due to bad experiences with deposit returns and bad communication with landlords and agents in the past - but Redbrick were extremely reasonable, they made the whole process as smooth as it could be, and returned our deposit very quickly which was hugely appreciated.
