We have recently let our property through Redbrick Properties and are incredibly pleased with the service we received from them. Beyond her expertise and professionalism, Joy was also extremely patient in answering all our queries and she quickly became our ‘go to’ person at Redbrick. Her support and proactive approach meant there was no need for us to chase up at any given point. Even though our point of contact going forward will mainly be our property manager, I doubt we will be able to resist picking Joy’s brains occasionally because that’s how comfortable we feel with her!
