WOW, what an experience! Sale of our 3-bed property in Tottenham was seamless and effortless when dealing with the Tottenham branch of the Kings Group. So straight-forward, quick and efficient. We received an offer within a month from our property being advertised online. From initial contact with the Tottenham Office dealing with Rohman and Jasmine, to the actual evaluation and taking of photos with Junaid and his photographer. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Junaid was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area, as well as the housing market and all matters to do with estate agency when we first met for an evaluation. He explained everything clearly and concisely, giving a clear understanding of the processes involved with selling a house. Junaid continuously kept us in the loop with any matters arising and updating us throughout the whole sales process. Compliance firms and Solicitors were on the case as soon as negotiations were happening with the potential buyer. I recently bought my first home, and as a first-time buyer I found the whole process quite daunting at times. Kyle has been absolutely fantastic throughout what turned into a very long sales process due to a complicated chain. He kept me updated every week without fail and made sure I always knew where things stood. I was really stressed about my mortgage offer expiring, but Kyle completely understood the pressure I was under and did everything possible to push the process along.
