We chose Mannings to market our late father's house as we were very impressed with Sarah the Sales Manager at Horsforth and indeed the house sold within a week! We then encountered several issues which were totally beyond our control or Mannings control (for instance a delay with Probate) so the sale became protracted. Lesley (Alexander) dealt with progressing the sale and was incredibly pro-active and tenacious in chasing down info and helping to keep things on track. We got there eventually so big thanks to Lesley and her colleagues.
