Kyle was good at keeping on top of our sale chasing up the different people involved. He kept in touch with me throughout all stages and helped to keep me grounded. He's a nice fella too and I could be honest with him about how I was feeling which helped me to keep focused on the steps along the way to the sale going through. All staff are friendly and have a good sense of humour too. Thank you Ellie and Maisie. Weekend staff are switched on too and kept FT staff briefed. Sarah is amazingly positive and on it. The team are motivated and fully on their job at work. The staff who help with viewing know the area well and therefore are good ambassadors for Horsforth scene. Thank you to you all.
