Lies and incompetence from almost each member of staff. From initially being unable to spell our names right on contracts, to organising a open day on a bank holiday, to putting our property live on Rightmove etc.incomplete and removing for several days losing the new nature our listing and depriving us of valuable interest. On the back of that lying about knowing the cause. To accompanied viewers being unable to work out the keys, and parking in the drive which can fit 3 cars and blocking it preventing the viewer from parking and drawing attention to the narrow private street. Lying about what they would tell potential buyers, releasing info we were told wouldn't be released to buyers for example the minimum we would be prepared to accept.
