Raphael and Emma offer a service that you simply won't find on the high street. They are a personable team and take every care and effort to make sure that their customers are looked after. They don't miss a trick and their paperwork and legals are at the top! Their communication is excellent and they reassure you along the way. We had previously had a particularly tricky time with difficult tenants when we were with other managing agents and they advised us on many things and supported us during difficult times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Houseman Properties to anyone looking for an agent to take real care and consideration for a rental property.

I had been looking for a property for around 6 months and viewed a number of properties and dealt with various estate agents. I found the majority to be extremely unhelpful and in one viewing it was comical how little the agent knew about the property and couldn't answer a single basic question. My experience with JLL has been fantastic and it's no surprise I found the perfect property through them, Joseph the agent who showed me around (twice) went above and beyond, he knew every answer to my questions and helped me measure the flat. The second contact I had there, Sharan, again was brilliant. I was always called back when promised, she helped me with things that wasn't necessarily anything to with the estate agents and once the sale had gone through, the after care has been amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Sharan and the team were absolutely brilliant, both when I bought my flat 4 years ago and on its recent sale. She managed to get 2 full price offers within 24 hours of it going on the market and was fantastic all of the way through the both the purchase and the sale - both really efficient, professional and delightful to work with. The people at JLL fun, friendly and professional. From start to finish the communication was excellent and they sold my Leeds Apartment within 3 weeks of it going on the market at a good price. As an example of their customer service I lost the keys to the Apartment in Leeds which had JLL's phone number on the key ring. The person who found them phoned JLL who then phoned me. It was early evening on a Friday and I was on my way back to Manchester. JLL offered to pick them up from whoever had found therm so I didn't have to turn the car around and come back. That saved me a lot of hassle since Friday night rush hour traffic can be a nightmare. Here's a tip - they'll offer you a cuppa at their offices but I suggested we go to Starbucks round the corner instead. So we did!!!
