Whilst the majority of the process has been smooth, there were a few complications that occurred, Melanie acted brilliant able to liaise quickly between myself and the seller reducing any further complications.

The help I received from the staff at the Morley branch exceeded my expectations. They were kind, patient and explained everything to me and the process of being a first time landlord. They sorted everything that needed to be sorted with the utilities and certificates.
