Highly recommend Belvoir! We just bought a house through them and we wish we had sold through them too. They answer the phone straight away, respond to emails quickly, call back when they say they will (sounds small but couldn't get hold of the agents we used for our sale!!) And they helped chase solicitors and move things along so that our purchase happened really quickly! Belvoir is a very good property agent, their staff are user-friendly, responsive and always willing to help and answer for every questions raised. Prompt reply with good property management enabling effective communication between tenants, agent and landlord.

Whilst the majority of the process has been smooth, there were a few complications that occurred, Melanie acted brilliant able to liaise quickly between myself and the seller reducing any further complications.
