0 stars should be an option. Horrible agency managing rental properties. 2 months since initial complaint and nothing done about fly tipping onto my land from the property they manage. Previous tenant also told me it took them ages to fix the boiler in winter time whilst they had no hot water or heating. Only responsive when it benefits them. Also, their complaints process is to send a letter in 21st century. Guaranteed only so they can say they never got it! Picture of the mess they refuse to take care of attached
