Me and my partner lived in a Belvoir-letted property in Morley, Leeds for around 18 months and couldn't recommend them enough. We mainly dealt with Becky and Lauren during our tenancy, who were both fantastic in dealing with any queries we had, be it maintenance issues, general questions and during our moving out process. If they weren't available, their Belvoir colleagues were just as helpful when needed. As first-time tenants, the processes of moving in and moving out were made simple and easy, particularly in what was a tough time with Covid restricting aspects like viewings, etc. The online maintenance reporting system was also really easy to use and, as previously mentioned, the team at Belvoir were always quick to get back in touch and help arrange to sort any issue we had reported.
