I have been very impressed with belvoir in Morley from start to finish. My initial contact was Bev, who valued my house and provided details of what they offered. Their fee was substantially lower than the other give estate agents quotes, yet offered the same service, and included free photos and epc rating, as well as a reduced offer for the month of April. Debbie showed people around my house, was punctual, friendly, enthusiastic and polite, and Mel was my go to person throughout the sale. She kept me and my buyer very well informed throughout the process, and remained calm, offering advice and support along the way - even when she was actually on annual leave, she responded to, and forwarded emails! The sale itself was very straight forward, but there were a few difficulties with my ongoing purchase, which held things in a little, but Belvoir have been very professional, friendly and approachable throughout, and j would highly recommend them. The team are friendly in person when I have popped into the office with my dogs, and have dealt with everything to a very high and professional standard. I only wish they dealing with the purchase of my new house over a hundred miles away, as I might have got the job done quicker! Definitely recommend this friend, supportive and very approachable team
