Bought and completed on my first property last week with Belvoir, I honestly couldn???t recommend them enough! With it being my first property I was a bit unsure of the process so was asking lots of questions. Belvoir especially Melanie were brilliant at answering all my questions and keeping me updated every step of the way. Melanie also checked in with me to see how things were going with my solicitor, and when I told her they were slow and seemed to be stalling on completion, she said she would look into it and within 10 minutes I got an email from my solicitor confirming a completion date!! On completion day, I went to pick up my keys and got a Belvoir tote bag containing and a lovely ???Welcome To Your New Home??? package which I thought was a lovely touch as I???ve heard from friends who have gone through other estate agents that this is very rare! Thankyou so much for a 5* service on my first home! Definitely very highly recommend!!
