If you are fine with having monthly house inspections whilst your not in then look for a property with onwards & upwards. They have keys for your house so they can get in at anytime.
If you have a problem within the property their customer service isn't the best and they take weeks to resolve anything. I went almost 2 weeks without heating and hot water. Poor service and the director isn't very helpful either.

Regarding monthly inspections, we do try to be as considerate as possible and always give tenants a heads up before entering the property but in some cases this is not possible due to urgent repairs that need attending to. Our team always tries to leave the property in the same condition as when they found it.
