I was a FTB with Belvoir and throughout Melanie kept me in the loop with what was going on in the chain that I was in. Unfortunately the delays and issues we encountered towards the end of the process were nothing to do with Belvoir but all to do with the chain themselves. The agents were understanding of this and did all they could. I would be happy to go with them again.
