We moved last month and were buying from one of Belvoir's vendors. Melanie was excellent! she facilitated communication between us and the vendor very well, she was very responsive to any queries we had (even though she wasn't our estate agent). She was better than our estate agent was, so we would definitely consider the company should we move again.
