My friends and I have rented properties in Morley through Belvoir for many years, and unfortunately, their service consistently leaves much to be desired. While they do eventually get the job done, the process is often frustrating and inefficient. The office staff seem disorganized and inexperienced, particularly when it comes to handling maintenance issues. They frequently arrange multiple visits from tradespeople just to save a few pennies, wasting both time and effort. Communication is a persistent issue. Whenever I’ve dealt with the office staff, they initially present themselves as polite and professional, but when a problem arises that requires extra attention or falls outside the usual scope, they quickly resort to excuses, and transparency becomes an afterthought. Perhaps the most troubling aspect is their tendency to side with landlords at the expense of tenants' rights, showing a blatant disregard for housing laws. They expect unrestricted access to your property, and if you’re uncomfortable with them entering while you’re not present, they make the situation as inconvenient as possible. In summary, while Belvoir may eventually deliver results, their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for tenant rights make the experience unnecessarily stressful. If you’re seeking a smooth and reliable rental experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
