As someone who is new to renting, the help and guidance provided by the good people at Belvoir was enormously reassuring and went a long way to smoothing out all of the potential pitfalls. Responses to questions were resolved quickly, attention to detail provided confidence and, with their extensive experience, most of the actions that needed to be covered were pre-empted and, in some cases, already addressed.
