We forward our move out guidelines prior to your move out so that we give all tenants every opportunity to hand back the property so that any new tenant moving in will have a great experience. We certainly don't fine tenants the costs that you agreed to pay from your deposit were contractor charges for their time in preparation for a new tenant moving in. We also would like all our tenants to receive 100% of the deposit back as if you don't as a tenant it usually means we have to instruct contractors.
