Having booked a viewing of a flat with this company, we turned up to said viewing to find out it had been cancelled, completely unbeknownst to me. Not an email or a phone call. It wouldn’t have been such an issue had we not driven 4 hours from London especially to view a property with this agent. Beware of their communication and maybe, just maybe double check a viewing the day before if you do decide to use them. It shouldn’t be the clients job but it will definitely save you time and effort.NegativeProfessionalism
