Belvoir has given professional help and knowledge across all things. Problems encountered on the way including structural and regulatory requirements have been handled smoothly and cost effectively. Maintaining an amicable bridge with tenants ensuring that things do not escalate. The whole team has been helpful and good to communicate with, shouldn’t mention names but Amie and Sarah have kept me supplied with statements and bills efficiently not forgetting Harry who has managed what to me are large items for example roof replacement, rewire and complete decoration with ease, not to mention speed. I have the situation now of selling a property and have had no hesitation in engaging Belvoir to manage the full sale.
