I'm not a big fan of letting agents on the whole but Belvoir has changed my opinion completely! They not only look after their landlords but their tenants too :-) My personal experience with Belovir was with one of their agents, Jade, who sensed my distress re: the delivery of a replacement sofa that was tiny in comparison to its predecessor. Jade liaised with the delivery company and the landlord and managed to secure me a larger sofa! Can you believe it??? I am very happy with the service provided with Belvoir and hope to continue to work with them in the future whether it be in sales or lettings.
