Belvoir were brilliant. I was a tenant with Belvoir for 2 and a half years and never had any problems. They were swift on move in, and any issues we had along the way were resolved promptly. The communication was great, and any queries or issues we had were responded to in a good time. I had some average service from other letting agents through University, so moving here for work meant that belvoir was truly the first great service I have received from a letting agent.
